Project Description

Exothermic reactions in the plant frequently caused foam build up, risking overflow and contamination. We implemented Aquasant foam detection probes capable of reliably identifying foam levels in dynamic reaction environments.
The probes interface with the plant's automation system to trigger alarms or activate antifoam control measures automatically. This intervention improved safety, reduced cleaning downtime, and stabilized operational efficiency.
