Project Description

Tank farm operations were experiencing product loss during drainage cycles due to inaccurate manual detection of oil/water interfaces. We deployed Aquasant’s high precision OWD detection probes to continuously monitor separation layers in real time.

The automation logic now controls drain valves based on accurate interface detection, reducing product losses and enhancing environmental compliance.
