Project Description

The client operated with multiple legacy SCADA platforms, resulting in inconsistent graphics, nonstandard controls, and increased operator errors. We executed a complete migration to AVEVA InTouch Unlimited, rebuilding all process graphics using modern situational awareness principles.

OPC UA integration enabled seamless connectivity with various PLC platforms, while the embedded Historian standardized plantwide data collection. The unified SCADA environment now supports better decision making, faster troubleshooting, and consistent operator experiences.
